The basics...

    Smart-Fill  is an electronic system, which provides 24 hour security for your fuel bowser, and records fuel usage for each vehicle. It then loads your fuel use history into a spreadsheet on your pc.
     Smart-Fill is in use at mine-sites, saw mills, transport terminals, Shire councils, marine refuellers, on service vehicles and private fuel storage facilities through-out Australia and Indonesia.
    The Smart-Fill is mounted to the fuel bowser, or to an adjacent post or wall etc. It uses the power supply of the fuel bowser, so no extra cables etc need to be run to the bowser. 
     The driver briefly touches the vehicle key to the sensor on the front of the Smart-Fill. They then enter the vehicle speedo reading and their personal pin number. If the key or the pin number is not valid, the fuel bowser cannot be started. 
    The Smart-Fill measures the amount of fuel taken. When the delivery of fuel is finished, the details are stored and it then resets and waits for another delivery to commence.
    If the bowser runs for too long with no fuel flow, the Smart-Fill automatically turns it off. 

Features...

- Smart-Fillis a lot cheaper to install than similar equipment. However it is still feature packed, and some of its features are not found on more expensive systems.
- Smart-Fill will store fuel totals for up to 1000 vehicles, and provide 24 hour fuel security by only allowing access to vehicles with authorised keys, and people with authorised pin numbers.
- Smart-Fill vehicle keys may be added or disabled by the user with a master key. A unique master key is supplied with each unit. The Smart-Fill vehicle keys don't suffer from dirt problems as swipe cards do, and they don't wear out.
- Smart-Fill memory is safe even through a power failure. It will actually remain safe for around 25 years with no power. It will even record the fuel taken if the power fails during the delivery.
- You can reset all of your fuel totals to zero at any time with your master key. This makes it very simple to work out end of month totals etc. You simply record all of your fuel totals, then reset the totals back to zero. 
- Smart-Fill records your last 1500 individual fuel issues. Each issue includes the Person taking the fuel, Vehicle id Number, Odometer / hour-meter reading, the Litres and the Time/Date it was taken. It includes a  warning system to tell you when the memory is becoming full.
- The Smart-Fill has a "No Flow" timer to prevent the pump from running for extended periods with no fuel flow. This will greatly extend the life of the pump motor and fuel pump components.
- An easy to use menu system is used for changing system settings.
- The maximum amount of fuel able to be delivered in one issue may be preset with the master key. 
- Smart-Fill systems may also be fitted to bulk fuel delivery vehicles (service trucks), and linked with hydraulic / pneumatic / electric pumps to provide security and accuracy by ensuring that all fuel delivered is allocated to the correct vehicle / machine. 
- Smart-Fill uses the latest in microcomputer technology to provide the features packed into it.
