Engine-powered centrifugal pump. Modified to pump diesel with viton shaft seal. The system can be varied to suit your particular application. These are centrifugal pumps and should be used in flooded suction situations.

Pumpset shown is our standard configuration when fitted to a diesel fuel trailer - with either Villiers or Honda engine.

Many options are available to enhance these fuel delivery systems - these include flowmeters, hosereels, and various filters on the delivery side for protection of your machinery. The system shown here is for an engine powered pump with at-the-pump delivery of around 300 to 380 litres per minute, this is reduced by the equipment in the system. Variations of the components can also be made - for example a manual 32mm bulk nozzle can be fitted instead of the 25mm automatic unit - this will give faster delivery - but of course will not be auto shutoff.
