The basic Liquip drum type hose reel, adapts to a variety of drive mechanisms, hose lengths and products. A new generation hose reel for high pressure use, available in hand, hydraulic or electric rewind and also in different sizes. They all enjoy the same robust construction; stiffened steel cheek plates, extremely sturdy thick wall manifold with added strength from steel inner drum, steel base frame and self-aligning bearings. Flow area is equal to 38mm throughout.
Sealing is by lip seal and all models incorporate a lock. Ball bearings look after rotation, and end-thrust is taken care of by heavy duty circlips and thrust washers. All components are easily replaced, and the manifold rubbing surfaces are nickel-plated for long life.
